Wayne is committed to high standards in everything he does, not only are we delighted with the finished product, but almost every day passers by will stop to talk and compliment us on a beautiful job.
At no stage in the build process were there any unexpected costs, we requested regular meetings to discuss the next steps and the budget, always aware of what it would cost to build the house and all the extras that come along. We were building during COVID making it difficult to get materials and in many cases the price of materials were rising very quickly. However Wayne was very honourable and where he could, stuck to his original costings for which we are very grateful. Deborah’s monthly updates on what had been spent were really easy to follow so we could budget accordingly.
Wayne was really great at developing our ideas, guiding us when we needed it, and being realistic about when to spend more money and when not to bother. The end result is our truly unique house, full of creative ideas and practical solutions that make it so easy to live in.

Marsden Community Trust was fortunate to secure a generous grant from the Community Lottery Fund, geared to investments that would secure the future of Marsden Mechanics as the unique community asset it has been for over 150 years.
A large slice of that grant was devoted to works on the fabric of the listed building, which Byram Construction was contracted to carry out.
The Trust has been delighted with the value for money and the friendly helpfulness of Byram’s team in accommodating the intense demands of keeping the building open for use throughout and ensuring the safety of users.

Ellesmere Port 2022
Working with Byram Construction to Convert a Grade 2 listed shed at the National Waterways Museum in Ellesmere Port, the old Lime shed has been converted into the main office Hub for the Canal & River Trust’s North West Region.
Byram Construction worked diligently and to a high standard throughout the program of renovation, completing the project to time and budget, leaving the Canal & River Trust with a fantastic modern office Hub to suit the needs of the Charity for years to come. Byram’s are a joy to work with and I cannot thank them enough! –

Having used Byram Construction Ltd in the past I had no hesitation in setting this local, honest, hard working company on again for an internal renovation of my biggest leap in business so far, a brand new, high street located Podiatry Clinic. Wayne is the ideal point of contact anyone could wish for. Always calm in any situation, he always puts your mind at rest regardless of how big you think the issue is and unlike other builders, he never ignores you and will always resolve your query at his earliest convenience. I recently contracted Byram Construction Ltd to build a large extension and 4 luxury hotel rooms for my pub The pickled pheasant.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them , the quality of the work was first class and was delivered on time and on budget. The building team were hard working and talented and the site manager and company directors were always available to discuss any issues.
